Text not coming through correctly

Sent my ringtone to my phone through Text Message, but .. it’s not letting me get it. Says: Sbj:Mobicious|<<852853>>.

When I scroll down to the SUBJECT .. it highlights the following only …
852853

I won’t allow me to GET the ring tone. Can you help??

same thing happens to me!

I have an Alltel Samsung HUE.

I’ve sent them before, but don’t know why it’s doing this on a certain song. Anyone know?????

i also have a samsung hue and it is giving the same message… i am getting quite frustrated and would like to know how to remedy the situation.

We’ve just recently changed our outgoing mails servers to be something a little more reliable. Give it a try again and see if the new servers work.

Another possibility is that your operator is filtering your message. Possibly because we are sending you a link to your ringtone in the message. (But I’m guessing here.) What operator are you using and do you have a data plan?
