problems after file is sent to my phone

I get the text message but it says
info@mobicious.com/ /use options to browse to: http://m.mobicious.com/t/audio/mpeg/931953.mp3

how do i transfer the ringtone to my phone??
please help me.
i have t-mobile and verizon.

Hi Sam,

I have a blackberry pearl phone. I just scroll down the message until the link is selected and click. A menu pops up and I choose “Get Link” and the ringtone downloads. I then save it and choose the set as ringtone checkbox and it just works. Do you have a data plan and what kind of phone are you using?

im having problems on my cell phone as well.
i have a verizon wireless LG chocolate phone
i do receive the text messages, but i can’t save the pictures into my phone, or even erase the texts from my phone! what’s going on? there are other problems as well – my phone lags, my cancel button doesnt work as well, as well as other problems.
please help me as soon as possible! im freaking out!
