How can I get a refund for an item that I didn't mean to buy?

If you have purchased an item or a subscription, then, as with a physical item, you need to contact the place where you purchased the content to ask about a refund. Please note that most content suppliers do not permit refunds once items have actually been purchased and downloaded. If you wish to stop a subscription, then you can reply to any text message from the supplier with the single word ‘stop’. If you signed up for the subscription on a website, you will need to return to that website for instructions on how to cancel your subscription. |
