When I enter the credentials that I used to create my account, I am told “Invalid login or password”

I tried to change my password on the desktop site, BUT I STILL canNOT authenticate!

I am afraid to log out of the desktop site to see if I can log in because I am afraid that I will not be able to get back in.

Hi Thomas …. the login at m.mobicious.com on your mobile browser requires exactly the same login and password (case sensitive) as for the desktop. If you are unable to login to your desktop account do not worry – just press the forgot password option and a new activation email will be sent to you which you can then use to login again, and then set your password.

You may find it a good idea to use a short password so that it is easy to enter on your mobile phone. Please email support (support@mobicious.com) if this does not resolve your problem.
