i get the text message, and when i go to the browser, it brings me to a blank white page, and starts to play the file on the speakers, but it stays on a blank white page.

TMACK, what kind of phone do you have (and which carrier)? I have a Windows “Smart”phone, which possesses some quirks that sound similar to what you’re experiencing. If you’re also using a smartphone, you might want to check to see if there’s a soft key or menu option to save the file as a ringtone.

We are seeing some problems with Sprint users and are looking at how to resolve this – we should have some news on this sometime tomorrow …..

I have a T-mobile razor and i’m not recieving the text messages. I have tried 3 separate times and i haven’t got the text any of the 3 times.

Hi Everyone – we think we have now fixed the issues we were seeing on Sprint phones. Make sure you phone can play MP3 ringtones – for example the LG Fusic and Musiq phones both work fine.

T-Mobile seems to be very slow in sending text messages at the moment – wait an hour or so and try again (if you create an account your ringtones are saved so you dont have to create them each time). We’ll keep trying ourselves too ….

Say, I have a Boost Mobile(Motorola) i455. I got the e-mail, but when I tried clicking on it, it says “406: Not acceptable”. The details: 1015 Invalid Content type. This is my own ringtone that I made (Fat Jon: No Way Back) and that ringtone I can’t get into my phone. I haven’t tried any others yet, but does this site only support truetone ringtones or does it also support polyphonic types? Is it the file that I downloaded? What is the problem? If there is any response, please e-mail me at Off_Da_Chayn@hotmail.com. Thank you.

I have an iphone and when i try to go to the website it just shows a triangle with a line through it

Avatar admin Administator -23 post(s)

The only way of getting ringtones to the iPhone easily is using the Apple iTunes features for purchasing and downloading ringtones. If you use the Mobicious web site to get a customized ringtone MP3 to the iPhone it currently shows the “unable to play” icon. We are looking at the cause of this. When we resolve it you will be able to play the sound file, but not set it as a ringtone on the iPhone since there is no facility to save a sound from the browser to the iPhone ringtones area.

I have the Verizon LG Chocolate vx855 series. I’m getting the blank screen deal: notification of a message, then a white screen.

Avatar Lauren Administator 17 post(s)

The Verizon LG VX9800 does not allow you to put your own ringtones on the phone. For some reason this particular phone won’t allow you to save music that you download outside of Get It Now. You can save the song as a sound but you will not be able to do it as a ringtone. I have the same phone….
