George Grey
Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Before founding Mobicious, George was President and COO of SavaJe Technologies, a Boston-based software company building a mobile operating system for multimedia handsets. Prior to joining SavaJe, George was President of Psion Inc., the U.S. sales and marketing operation for the UK-based Psion Group, where he was responsible for consumer and enterprise products. Before Psion George founded and built Tadpole Technology plc, a UK public company that supplied equipment to OEM customers and developed mobile workstations based on Sun and IBM architectures. He has 25 years of start-up and public company experience, holding senior executive positions in corporate management, business development and engineering. George holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Cambridge University, UK.

David S. Chang
Vice President of Marketing & Co-Founder

David was previously Director of Product Marketing at m-Qube, a pioneer in the mobile content space, acquired by VeriSign in 2006. Prior to joining m-Qube, David was Director of New Products at TripAdvisor, the sixth most frequented travel website in the world, where he introduced new online advertising and search features to meet consumers’ travel research and planning needs. Before TripAdvisor, David held a senior product management role at edocs, before it was acquired by Siebel Systems. David was also formerly a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he launched new financial products in North America, Europe, and Asia and developed real-time trading systems. David holds a BS with Distinction in Computer Science from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Matthew Conway
Lead Web Architect

Matthew has over twelve years of experience in the software engineering field. He was previously a Senior Engineer/Architect at TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel community, where he defined major components of the core architecture, implemented new product features, and ensured 24x7 site availability. Before joining TripAdvisor, he was a Senior Engineer at i2 Technologies, a leader in supply chain management software, where he was involved with defining the core infrastructure for integrating all of i2's products. Matthew was also previously a software consultant in the telecommunications practice for American Management Systems. Matthew holds a S.B. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
