Topic: Help / Application Error Can you give us some more details like Browser, Operating System, etc? Are you logged in as a mobicious user when it fails? If it fails for you again, can you give us an approximate time of failure so we can look it up in the logs? I don’t see anything in the recent logs right now that could indicate a ringtone failure, but it could be something tangential, so a timestamp would help us narrow it down. Thanks, Matt |
