Topic: Make My Ringtone / It doesn't work for me...

hi…i had no problems receiving the text message, my issue is among what several others have said; a black (they’ve said white but mine is black) page that plays the tone, but i’m given no options to save it. all that’s available are the file details, and from there all i am given is “copy text”. i don’t understand what the problem is? i even promptly went back and accessed this site from my mobile, trying to retrieve it manually, but upon entering my login info it gave me “404 not found”. i tried entering “full site” to do it from there and it told me “incorrect login information”, which i know isn’t true b/c i’d just registered and confirmed the account. i’m going nuts here, ahhhh. anything you can maybe shed some light on….?
