Topic: Make My Ringtone / It doesn't work for me...

I received a text message “http://m.mobicious.com/t/audio/mpeg/701911.mp3” and I know that means Im supposed to open a web browser on my phone and upload the ringtone, but my phone does not have web browsing enabled. Is there any other way for this to send to my phone? Like via sound message or something? Or is my phone simply not compatible (its an old US Cellular LG, model T60LGV06)
