Topic: Help / Not receiving ringtones

I have a Samsung A645 and my carrier is Telus. I downloaded Audacity and made a small 20 second sample from a song and then I extracted it as an MP3 using LAME MP3. I then used this website to text it to my phone but got nothing. Possible problems: I’m a Canadian and this is an American server or my phone doesn’t support MP3 and if so what can I do from here?
